In Tirana, you should stay at Trip'n'Hostel. It's a Independent Hostel, located in a characteristic quarter of Tirana 'Pazar i Ri', 300 meters from the center of the city. The vibe its realy nice and the is a lot a backpackers arround. There is also a rooftop with solarium terrace. The homemade breakfast does not disappoint with 5 options to choose from.
